Aisha
Hi, I’m Aisha! Since qualifying as a therapist in 2020, I’ve had the privilege of working across a wide range of settings—from NHS services and private practice to mainstream schools and alternative provision. I’ve supported children and young people with a variety of communication differences, and I have particular experience with autism, SEMH needs, emotional regulation, and supporting young people in alternative provisions.
I take a trauma-informed and neurodiversity-affirming approach, aiming to create a space where every child feels heard, understood, and valued. I believe in working alongside young people and the adults around them, tailoring support to their individual strengths, needs, and goals, and helping them build skills and confidence in ways that feel meaningful and achievable.
I’m passionate about seeing each child thrive, and I love finding creative, flexible ways to support them on their journey—celebrating progress, however big or small, and helping them feel understood every step of the way.
Taiba
Hello! I’m a Speech and Language Therapist working with children and young people since 2023. I have experience supporting children and young people of all ages with a wide range of speech, language and communication needs. My work spans general speech and language therapy, including understanding and using language, speech sounds, social communication and interaction, and emotional regulation, across both mainstream schools and alternative provision settings.
I have particular experience working with children and young people with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, ADHD and autism. I recognise that every child is unique, and I take time to understand each child’s strengths and challenges so support is always tailored to what works best for them.
I am a committed and caring therapist who values working closely with parents and carers, keeping communication clear and supportive throughout. My goal is to help children feel confident, understood and proud of their communication skills, so they can thrive at home, in school and beyond.
